I've been feeling very cheery as of late, and haven't been as scathing to some people either - I think I've fallen into a very cool sort of mellow XD Things just don't bug me as much, at least, I convince myself that they shouldn't. Father is thirty minutes late for picking me up? Not a problem. A group member did no work whatsoever on the project? That's okay too. It's not that I'm apathetic - it's just that I don't think it's a big deal anymore n__n" Probably because I have other things that are more worrisome so I've finally decided to just live and let live.
(awin had friends over again)There were the family friends over again, for both Lunar New Year celebrations and my mother's surprise birthday party. Sadly 'nough, KC (not KC from school friends nor KC the brother of this KC XD) couldn't come, but we had a fine enough time without her anyway - I hope she'll be at our ski trip next next week when we're all going to try snowboarding for the first time with the exception of my brother, who's snowboarded before XD
They came over when I was still at Japanese class, which was, as usual, a complete and utter waste of time, almost - it would have been if not for the highly entertaining planning of the cafe cast XD CL and I (and the rest of the Geek Con, but mainly us two) have been planning it for a while - the character designs were from a while back, with VC, BW, CL, and myself creating characters for it - JT made one rather recently though it was more CL and myself making a character for her XD We haven't done much with it except plan out the basic basic plot, the characters, and the first chapter and possible future chapters. The plot isn't even complete yet, but I do hope we start - I'm going to be doing typesetting and scripting if we ever do start, and I think that'd be fun. (We're of course pushing the panelling and the backgrounds on JT, because, well, that's plain boring XD And BW is hopefully hopefully going to help with line-art, though somehow I don't think she would.) The cast is such fun - it's so easy to imagine scenarios with them. But we just chatted about it lots, with CL doing the sketches 'cause she's artistic like that and me adding random comments and doodles and suggestions~. It makes Japanese class bearable.
But when I got back, all the family friends were already there (sans KC the elder). It's always such fun when they come over, because lately, we haven't been splitting up into our two factions - before, CW (my sister, not me XD) would go off and game by herself, JS (the younger brother), LS, and KC the younger would run off, and me, CW (the elder, my older brother - all our names start with C), KC, and JS the elder would just talk 'mongst ourselves and watch films and such. But as of late, we've all been together and just generally talking, 'cause JS, LS, and KC aren't as young as they had been and sometimes we can even entice CW away from the game console she's using.
Today we just played a few video games, and gave running commentary about my younger sis's gaming skills (which are a bit under par XD). Then we had a very lovely chat about my 2D boyfriend (long story xD) and then started talking about the spawn of people from different dimensions and such. Apparently, I have super powers too XD And then we had a very epic ninja fight, we being me, JS (brother), LS, and KC xD KC rather failed in his attempt, but it was a very good one, even though he couldn't catch anything with his chopsticks.
I realise now that this blather is really a bit pointless and not very fun for you people to read XD I'm sorry. I just like to waffle on about such because I really think that these people are friends that I, well, that I know well - we don't talk much, but meeting up is never awkward and is just very nice, I think.

I've been working on Shishido's bit again for the boyband AU, because Atobe refuses still to work with me. I've written Atobe's section once, but then it ended in Solitaire, so I just redid it. And then it ended up as Solitaire again. The first time, Atobe completely freaked and Niou and Shishido ditched the band, making their own duo. But then the second time, Atobe was all sad but accepting of Niou and Shishido's relationship and gave up on both of them, though Yagyuu was far less relenting.
But both times, it was still Solitaire. This NiouAtoShishi is totally not working.

There was a faint resemblance, with his grey hair and handsome features that caught the eye of anybody around him. The air about him that exuded confidence in everything he did. Those challenging blue eyes that demanded attention and commanded respect.
But then there were the other's defiant golden eyes that would stare right back, asking for the same respect and attention. The foreign olive-green hair that was such a stark contrast to his own, and the childish arrogance that showed on the boy's features.
